The BY-COVID project is hosting a high-level event entitled “From open data to knowledge: enhancing European resilience to health crises” to highlight and discuss the value of open data and showcasing the impact of the project on science and society.
The event will feature panel discussions with experts from various sectors, including policy-makers from the European and international scene, industry and academia, who will share their insights and experiences when building innovative products, structuring alliances and sustaining long-term initiatives.
The event will also showcase a series of success stories from the BY-COVID project, demonstrating how integrating data from a range of domains can support research, public health and policy.
The interactive format of the event will allow all the participants to share experiences and discuss ways to empower pathogens and infectious disease research and sustain a good basis for future health crises.
